i logged in, but cant see anything in GE BOX
AnsweredI cleared the cache data also, but still cant able to see any files in GE BOX

Would this be a shared folder that you had access before or have not yet accessed?
Did you accept the email invitation collaboration for you to see the folder?
Have you contacted the owner of this folder to see if they have you as a collaborator under this folder?
