Unable to upload due to incorrect storage amount
AnsweredHi, I'm trying to upload files but an error keeps popping up saying I don't have enough free space even though I'm only using 1.8MB. Please could you run a script to fix the issue? Many thanks

Hi Rob,
Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
To confirm the file size limit for your account, log into Box. Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings > Account. Your Max file size is listed under Account Details.
Also, you may be uploading files to one of the folders shared to you. It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit. Please contact the owner of this folder you are uploading files to.

Hi AJ, thanks for the reply.
The error I'm getting is "Running out of storage? Your account currently allows you to store up to 10.0 GB of data. Upgrade your account to get unlimited storage"
I have uploaded a lot of larger files (up to 4.5GB) already to the folder in question but it isn't letting me upload a 50MB file now.
Can folders only contain max 10GB? There is probably already about that amount contained in the folder.
Thanks!
