GoPro *.360 video files don't upload
AnsweredI have a GoPro 360º camera and the video files come off like {filename}.360 (the file extension is *.360) and for some reason Box doesn't want to upload these files. I have other mp4 files in the same directory that are larger files and upload fine. I suspect the limitation is due to the file extension? Has anyone else seen this, and do you have any ideas for how to workaround it?

Box Drive provides user notifications if there are any issues saving your changes to Box. The Box Drive application interface lists the file and provides a brief description of the issue.

File transfer problems typically occur due to intermittent network issues. These problems can occur anywhere in the network and may be outside your control.
Depending on the type of network issue, you may need to contact your administrator, IT department, or wireless/internet provider to resolve the issue. Once the network issue is resolved, retry the upload/download.
