Is there a direct email to support?
AnsweredWe upgraded our box.com on (1.13.23) but the platform still shows the old storage and old account and it did not upgrade. We paid the annual fee for the upgrade for 3 users, and it has cleared our account, but as of (1.29.23), or 16 days later, it has not been upgraded. How do we contact support directly to solve this issue?
