"Open in Desktop" button greyed out when trying to open document in Box OnlineCompleted
Almost every single employee is currently experiencing a greyed out "open in desktop" button.
This issue is happening a lot more frequently and is becoming very inconvenient. Box Edit is already running. Attempting to re-open it does not work. Uninstalling and reinstalling Box Tools does not work either. These methods used to resolve this issue, but they are no longer working.
