logs not updated...or something
AnsweredWhen I restarted my computer it said something like Box could not access/update my logs and there was a send button. Then I got a dialog saying the logs had been sent and I needed to create a support case, and had a link to do so. That link led me to a completely opaque circle of support questions and forums. I don't know what to do or if I need to do anything. I certainly couldn't find anything that would allow me to simply open a support case.

For your type of account, we don't read logs and we can only provide support via this post. Could you please provide more information about your concern? Are you trying to access Box app like, Box Sync or Box Drive?
