    The total storage usage was corrected for a few days, but now it's off again.  This time it's reporting a few more GB than it's actually taking up.  And I have not uploaded anything since I reported the problem a week ago.

    Is there a way that we can initiate a storage usage re-count from the user end?

    I appreciate that you allow folders and that it is easy to create folders as well as to move files into and out of them. However, the count of files given for a folder are incorrect. How could you fail at such an easy task?
