how to delete files in my Trash box

I donot have the access right of deleting files in trash box.
I'd like to know how to delete files in my trash box and how to get the access right of delete ones.
In case I can request Box to give the access right, I'd like to know this work flow.

Are you the owner of this file? If the files in question is no longer in your "trash" then this might already been emptied from the trash.
When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash depending on the settings for your enterprise.
Was the folder a shared folder in which you collaborated with others?
In this case you’ll need to contact the folder owner and ask to be re-invited. This person will need to re-invite you to the folder using the email address associated with your Box Account.
