    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    Please try this troubleshooting steps below and let me know how this goes!

    • Click Start and search for Internet Options
    • Go to the Advanced tab
    • Scroll down to the TLS options.
    • Please disable TLS 1.0 and enable both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
