    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    Should you be seeing any file/s in your Box account? Have you uploaded any files or was there a shared folder by another user?

    You would see if you have any files existing based on the data storage used by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

    If you are missing any files shared by another user then please contact the owner to re-invite you again.

    Is the content in your trash? When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash. The Trash is located under Bin-- you can also review this article for more details on this process:
