    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like on your end? 

    Here’s how:

    For PC:

    Press the ""Prt Scr"""" key.
    Open the Microsoft Paint document and paste the image into the program.
    Save this file and attach it to your reply.

    For Mac:

    Press the ""Command"" key, the ""Shift"" key and the number ""3"" key at the same time.
    Attach the image file that appears on your desktop to your reply.
