New Box user on our company account cannot open files
CompletedWe recently set up a foreman in our company with an ipad and Box access. Before we got him into box i logged in to the ipad to ensure the app was working. I then logged out and logged him in as soon as his account was created. Now when he goes to open something it says he cannot open it and to log out of my box account. I have tried logging out through the security section in account settings, forgetting all devices, deleting and re-downloading the app and only logging in with his account and none of it has worked. i get a message saying cannot connect to url and to log out of my account every time. Any ideas?
