Can the Admin restore files of a disgruntled user
AnsweredWe have an employee we believe may be a disgruntled user. They deny deleting a file. 1. As the Admin, how do we search the logs for deleted files and the user?
2. As the Admin, how do we recover the file?

We're happy to help! Yes, Admin and Co-Admins can run a User Activity Report to track the recent activities in your Organization's files and folders.
And here's how to run the report:
- Go to Admin Console> Reports.
- Click Create report> User Activity then next.
- Set the date range for your report and in Action Types select File Management then filter it to moved to trash, moved and renamed.
- Lastly, click run to create a csv file copy of this report.
Meanwhile, the file owner can restore the file through trash.
