Lost my entire folder of cloud Files
AnsweredMy credit card expired and my box account was not paid for December and January. When I tried to update my credit card informations, it did not work, several times. Now it seams like you deleted my whole folder, and I can't lose these files, they are too important.
Please help me update my credit card informations so I can pay for my account. And overall, please recover my 78Gb of data that i don't have access to anymore.
