    Are you still able to login to your Box account using your Box credentials through https://app.box.com/login?

    If yes, then you may update your primary address by going to your Account Settings.

    To add an email address:

    • Click Add more emails.

    • Enter your new email address and click the Save button.

    • An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

    To make a secondary address your primary address, click Make Primary button.If you do not see this option, it's likely your enterprise has a feature enabled that prevents users from changing their primary email address. In that case, you need to reach out to your primary admin for assistance.

    If email is still active. Follow the link below.

    To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process: Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
