file not updating to all devices (iPhone)
AnsweredI run Box on my Mac, iPhone and iPad - and certain files are not shown on all devices.

- Have you tried logging in/out of all the devices?
- Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the app?
- Is the app OS version up to date?
- Does it show any error message?
