Can't upgrade
AnsweredTried numerous times but keep getting the same error: "There was an error processing your request. Please double check that all fields are correctly filled out and try again later or contact us so that we can assist you."

You may go ahead and contact our Billing team to assist with your account upgade. Here's where you could contact them:
- You may go to the https://www.box.com/pricing page or contact them through Sales@box.com.
- You can as well email them using billing@box.com.
