I am trying to find out how to speak to someone about Operation Encompass, as I need to discuss an alert I have receievd.

  It would be best if you can provide details about the alert and I believe that you are pertaining to shared folders bearing the same name.

  Are you not able to pull up these folders that was shared to you?
