    Welcome to Box Community!

    We're treating support tickets with urgency as we understand that each end users require an immediate action to their respective concern and issue. And using their own discretion he/she could assign a priority in his/her ticket as the end user decides to create one.

    Meanwhile for follow-up the requester should  use his/her existing ticket.
