False Quantity of Space
AnsweredI have a problem with space. My account is 50 GB, but Box really only allows me to use 15 GB approximately. I understand that this is because it is because you do not have a payment account and what is intended is that you acquire a rate of more space.
When I got the 50 GB through a promotion, I was never informed that it would expire and to this day, I am still told that I have 50GB without this being true.
I request to have the 50 GB that corresponds to me.

Sorry for the issues you experienced with Box! We've cleared up the data storage in your account and things should now be working as expected. From what I can see on my end, the account is still under 50GB.
