Hi Box, 

I need tech support ASAP. BOX deleted all of our non-profit's files stored on the platform. We are in the middle of a deadline and need them restored immediately. Thank you

  I'm here to help with your deleted files or folders. You can easily restore your files or folders through Box.com > Trash. 

  Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash.

  You may follow the steps here to restore your deleted files or folders.
