Ticket Submission: Box unable to process my upgrade payment

I'm attempting to upgrade my Box account, but am stopped with the message:
There was an error processing your request.
Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.
I'm officially reporting in to submit a ticket at support.box.com. I have called my credit card company who assures me the card is activated and working. I have verified the card number, CVV, and billing address as well. I have called Box support from the 1-800 number as well. The very nice lady on the phone told me to create a free account to upgrade, and to respond to her e-mail to continue the process of payment. No e-mail has ever arrived. I'm aware this probably isn't going to result in a created ticket, but if you could forward this to the right person I would appreciate it. I need to get Box set up for my business today and the simple matter of having my credit card payment processed should not be this byzantine.
