Deleted files, Emptied Trash, Still over limit?
AnsweredI deleted about a 100 files and even deleted from the Trash can. However, there is no change in my account and still says I'm over the limit? I thought Box worked in real time? Thanks.

I appreciate you "running the scripts" to fix the issue. My concerns are: Why does it take 3 days to fix a storage issue? Several posts reveal this is a ongoing breach with Box? We were in process to add/upgrade our storage, but now lack confidence Box will be able to operate in real time. We have teams in the field needing to upload in real time, not 3 days later. Who do we contact about this?
