Hello, I also want to cancel my subscription and remove my card details. I had to use box for a vendor upload and it drove me to add my card and charged me when it was not needed. I followed your help tutorials but the buttons as described are not there. I also emailed box in cancellation. That said, I do not want to wait and want to see where my card is stored so I can ensure it is removed. This all seems very much like a scam with the false information provided. Who can assist?

I have no desire to utilize this platform and respectfully request a Credit in the amount of $900.00 posted to my Credit Card on file. - Thank you !!
