Missing files
AnsweredI am finding that files are missing from folders. Big chunks of data that were not deleted by me. The folder is still there but everything inside of it gone! poof! No one else uses this account. I'm feeling very frustrated and nervous about information disappearing. This site costs me a lot of money every year and if it is unreliable I will find another way to store my data.

Sorry to hear about your missing files or folders. In this case, the best way to track your folder activities and find out about your deleted files or folders.
You may want to run a User Activity Report in Admin Console.
Here's the steps:
- Login to Box.com and go to Admin Console> Reports.
- Click Create report> User Activity
- Set the date range for this report and under Action Types select File Management.
- Under File Management please filter your report to Moved to trash, Moved and Renamed.
- Lastly, to create a csv file for this report select run and wait for the completion of this particular report.
In addition to this, you can always locate your deleted files through your trash.
