Having Sych issues and edits made in web view not appearing for some users.
AnsweredOur team is having synchronization issues with box. We are only using Box for Keynote. We are noticing that a lot of the edits we are making aren't synching to Box. It shows collaboration being online and the edits are showing while in the file, but when you come back to the file the changes will not always be reflected. We are having to upload new versions of files and cloud editing is not reliable currently.

- What Box app are you using? Is it Box Sync or Box Drive?
- Does it show any error message?
- Could you provide a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
- Have you tried to log out/in of the app?
