Box update fails
AnsweredBox is trying to update but the update keeps failing. Over a few hours it loads multiple update icons on my task bar - at the moment there are 10 update icons. If I reboot, my task bar will start clean, but soon, Box update icons start appearing again. At the moment there are 10 update icons. Opening one of those and clicking "Details" shows "CLSID: {49423331-2B41-4EDE-838E-F8C8F3F6BF62}"
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W541 running Windows 10 Pro, 22H2. My Box version appears to be 2.31.64 (looking in Settings & Apps).

Could you try uninstalling Box Drive using this Microsoft fix tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed and then install Box Drive again in your laptop?
