    Hi AJ, they have sent me the invite several times and I'm still unable to see the collaboration folders. In fact when I look at collaborators in Box I don't see them listed. Please advise on next steps. thanks!

    In case this is helpful for anyone else, I created another Box account with my Hotmail email address and the issue was resolved. That means this is clearly a Box user account issue setup with Gmail when you login with a Google account. It's too bad Box is unable to resolve this issue for me, and I had to setup a new account with a different email address to resolve it on my own. Box should resolve this issue for their users.
