Collaboration folder not visible
AnsweredHi, I received an invitation to collaborate and when I click on the link in the invite, I don't see the collaboration folder in Box. The invite is sent to the same email address I use for Box that is set as my primary email address (I only use one email address for box). I use my google account to login into Box and the collaborator sent the invite to my Gmail account.
The relevant help article states I should contact the User Support team to open a case but I can't find any info on how to reach them. I'm going around in circles without any resolution!

In case this is helpful for anyone else, I created another Box account with my Hotmail email address and the issue was resolved. That means this is clearly a Box user account issue setup with Gmail when you login with a Google account. It's too bad Box is unable to resolve this issue for me, and I had to setup a new account with a different email address to resolve it on my own. Box should resolve this issue for their users.
