Account storage issue
AnsweredI would like to buy more storage but I am not confident that Box can reliably calculate my storage use.
I looked under Profile - Account - Account Settings - Account Details - Storage use.
It says 640 b of 10GB used. Url is: https://hdinfo.app.box.com/account/developer
But in Admin Console - Insights it states: 7.4GB used - this is wrong!! Only about 4GB are used. Url is: https://hdinfo.app.box.com/master
I repeatedly asked for correcting this wrongly reported usage in Admin Console - Insights but I am under impression that this scripts you start to correct usage only affects usage displayed under: Profile - Account - Account Settings - Account Details - Storage use.
I ask:
1) Why is storage reported differently in those two places? I use just one login - after login I go into Admin console.
2) Why is nobody in Box support able to correct my wrong storage usage - I already asked several times!
I will not invest in buying more storage until this is fixed.

We've ran the script to correct your account storage. Doing so ensures that the correct file or folder count is reflected in your Box account.
To check the changes, please login to box.com >Account Settings> Storage Used.
Additionally, please note that your Insight section in Admin Console displays the total storage in your Box instance.
