All audio files won't play now
AnsweredI logged out and back in, cleared cache, all audio files still show no time length and won't play. I also don't see a way to create a support ticket through the website.

- Does it show any error message?
- Have you tried n a different machine?

I just updated my OnePlus 10 Pro to Android 13 through T-Mobile.
,but today I logged out of Box and back in and I did get an error message, "please check your connection" or something similar to that.
So I turned off Wi-Fi and all my files appeared again, then I turned back on Wi-Fi and it's still fine.
I'm sure it's this new Android 13 update as I have had other issues, not related to the Box App, though as well.
As of now, the problem is resolved. Thanks for replying.
