BOX.COM STEALING ACCOUNT SPACE FROM USERS?!
AnsweredMy box.com account is empty, yet box.com is claiming that I am using 5.9GB of storage. Why are you doing this, & why is it so hard to contact you to get this fixed? Are you being deliberately poor at customer service to increase your profit margins, like every tech company that has ever existed?

To check the changes, please login to box.com >Account Settings> Storage Used.
