Lost account - want to recover files.

Hi. I had for years a box account. When my credit card expired I forgot to update box and that account was cancelled. I have failed to get someone on the line to help me reopen that account - This one is not the original one, it's been opened for the sole purpose to speaking with support. Can some one from box help me?
