Client Wasn't Sent a link To Upload Files To Us
AnsweredClient Sent Us A Link To Use To Connect To them
We Used it to establish a file and received confirmation
The client never received our information and can't connect to us. They still can't send us files
No phone number to call so not sure how to resolve this
