    I've got the same issue as Unilogik Administration and David Whitney here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/14841260714259-Deleted-All-Folders-and-Files-and-Started-Over-but-Storage-didn-t-Reset
    Somehow today something exceded the storage limit but I did not upload any new files. On the contrary, I deleted many of them recently.
    I noticed yesterday Box Sync kept on redownloading anything I deleted and forced me to use the website to delete items. Then items on Box's recycle bin showed an error whenever I tried to delete them and wasn't able to do so until today, so that might be related.
    Edit: I'm checking all file details and Box has them all wrong, showing gigabytes of data on empty folders. Does seem to be everything the recycle bin denied access to until today.
