Can you please recover my deleted file?

Hi there, I recorded audio information on March 10th, 2023 and mistakenly deleted it.  I don't see it in my trash.  Is there anyway you can recover this file for me?  It should be about 45 minutes long.  I really need it, thank you!  Monica F.
