Missing Team Folder

    Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to help! 

    Here's the things that you can check to locate your missing folder: 

    • Identify the owner of this folder. If this is a collaborated folder, you may contact the folder owner. 
    • Is this folder missing in box.com or in your local Box folder? If it's the latter, try logging in to box.com and navigate to the folder. 
    • However, if this is your owned folder kindly check your trash

    Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash.
