Empty box
AnsweredHello,
anyone has any idea what could be the reason I cannot see the files in the Box?
I receive the invitation, Box opens, but it's empty. It happens only to me (within the company)

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Can you reach out to the person who invited your to the content in Box and confirm if you are still a collaborator? If a collaborative content that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the item has removed you as a collaborator. You will have to contact the folder/ file owner to have them reinvite you to that content again.
