Accessing account when associated email no longer exists
AnsweredHello,
I am trying to access my account that is associated with a email account that no longer exists. I am no longer with the ISP that provided the address.
I know the email address, but the password I have in my password program no longer works. I cannot do a password reset because, obviously, the process wants the email address that is no longer associated with the account.
What can I do?

To confirm, is this account linked to a Personal lite or a paying Box subscription (a Business or Enterprise account)?
If the account is linked to a Business or Enterprise Box, you may contact our billing team at billing@box.com for further assistance in gaining access to your account.
On the otherhand, if the account is a Personal Lite Box, if you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password.
