    Hello France,

     

    I have related issue and I'm wondering if you could help me.

    We are a corporate Box customer (Thermo Fisher Scientific). I don't and cannot have (paid) corporate account, but I sometimes get invitations from colleagues who have Box within the company and want to share files with me.

    Is it possible either to have free personal account with my corporate email or to have "free" account within our corporate plan to be able to see shared files?

    Thank you for your help and I can provide more details about my account.


    For now, every time I try to accept an invitation to see shared files, I get an error:

    Unable to Launch Application

    You do not have access to this application or the application has been removed.
