Collaborator access
The email address of a collaborator (consultant) is already associated with another account, in fact all of my email addresses are tied to different entities/sponsors.
The collaborator mentioned not being able to sign in with his email account associated with another Box account folder. Please has anyone advice how to resolve this...?

To clarify, did you invite the email address that is tied up to your collaborators Box account email?
Has your collaborator tried requesting a reset password if he is having issue with his login?
Please have him try this and if he is still unable to login to his account, let's have him submit a support ticket here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as this may require specific account information to resolve.

This is happening to me right now. I have an account with Box already, linked to my work email. I got an invite from a customer to collaborate in one of his folders, when I accept the invite, it does no allow me to sign as a collaborator, it takes me directly to my personal account. Please provide a solution, extremely urgent. Thank you.
