How to see files before folders in view

I have a folder that will have many sub-folders and one READ ME file telling the users how we want them to use the main folder.  But no matter how I sort, my one file always appears below all the sub-folders.  Is there a way to have the file at the top of the list?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  At present, there is no option to change the order of arrangement of your folders and files in Box. All folders will always be on top of your files.

  If this is something you would like to be able to change in the the future, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com!

  Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

  Greetings, is there a way to make all folders in my Box drive default view (large folders)? I have tried to set up the same view for all folders under the file explorer > view > options > apply to all folders, but it doesn't work. 

   

  Second question. Can I have my images in Box drive show preview instead of the default jpg icon?
