Requesting Refund and Cancellation
Hello,
I send an email to sales@box.com requesting cancellation of my account before any money was to be drawn. However, they told me to contact cancel@box.com, so I did but I got no response. Today, I got a billing email that box had taken 600sek, although I clearly stated long ago that I did not want to pay and wanted to cancel my account. Therefore, I am requesting a cancellation of my account and also a refund for the 600sek.
