If the event that the content has been permanently deleted from Trash, please immediate reach out to Box Support team.
There is still a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can recover your content. Beyond this 14-day grace period, however, files or folders purged from your Box trash may not be recoverable and may be lost forever. You may reach out to our tech support by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.
