    Hi Brianna,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

This would be something our Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.  It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our support department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.

Thanks for your patience and please comeback and let us know how it goes!

Hello, I have the same error message from Box ( "Sorry, there's been a problem with the contents of this note. Please contact Box Customer Success."). I cannot open my Note. I am surprised because I have been using the Notes for more than 6 months without any problem. I also experienced something unusual in the last 5 days, very often when I type my Box login + password, it does not work, I am back to the prompt for login / password, and I am stuck into a loop. Generally, I exit Box, I retry after an hour, then it works. Thanks in advance for your Help. Nathanael Green.

Hi, how can we resolve this issue? My team has a critical document that this same thing happened to — when you open the “recovered” version, almost ALL of the content is gone and the text is garbled. This is unacceptable - please advise

I have the same issue for several files. It seems that when two members edit the file at the same time, the fille will be corrupted afterward. Is there any solution for it? Thanks.
