Unable to edit files online
Whenever I click to edit files online from account, it asks me to links microsoft 365 account (which I do). Post that it keeps trying to load file and browser window keeps refreshing. Its really annoying as other can edit same file and I cant work on the file same time as them. I have tried different browsers and even different laptops!!

If you are an enterprise Box user, you must have a business Office 365 account to use this integration. If you are a free Box user, you can use the integration without a Microsoft Office Online account.
Basically, if you are part of a Business or Enterprise Box organization, you must have a business Office 365 account to use this integration or your Box admin would need to add their Office 365 Tenant ID, in the Apps tab of Enterprise Settings. Entering an eligible Office 365 Tenant ID will allow their users to use the Box for Office Online integration without needing to enter their Office 365 credentials.
