Moved child folder retaining old relationship to parent folder
I've got a weird thing going on that I'm hoping someone might have a fix for. I had a folder (A) that used to have folder (a) inside of it. I recently moved folder (a) up one level so it is now a sibling to folder (A). Let's now call it folder (B). Now when I share folder (A) with people, they are also getting access to everything in (B). It's as if folder (B) is retaining the original cascading permissions. If I now remove that user from folder (B), it also removes them from folder (A). The problem is that folder (B) has very private files in it and is restricted to very specific people. This is causing a huge problem for me. I have put in a support ticket and send videos of this behavior but have not heard back from them. Am hoping someone here can help me.
