Drive to Sync Desktop & Documents Folders in Windows 10
Just migrating over from Box Sync.
Under Box Sync I could change the location of My Desktop Folder in Windows 7 and effectively have Box Syncing my desktop.
Just loaded a new Windows 10 Pro Notebook with Box Drive.
I can change the location of my Desktop to point to a Box Folder that I have made available for offline! It works! Changes replicate!
Logoff, Log back on and alas Desktop is now pointing to a temporary file.
Is my offline Drive folder not accessible at startup? Any ideas?

Hi there,
Welcome to the Box Community!
To clarify when you said you log off, did you mean you actually logout out of Box Drive?
When you logout of Box Drive, it completely removes all traces of your Drive usage from your machine, and deletes all of your downloaded content you had marked for offline availability. This also clears up hard disk space on your device and returns to an online-only state all of the content you have marked for offline availability. You will have to repeat the process of marking folders for offline availability.
More information can be found on Using Box Drive Basics.
