    Can you confirm if your Mac is using Apples M1 chipset?

    Box Drive is currently not supported on Apple Silicon Macs (devices with the new M1 chip from Apple). This issue will be fixed in a future release to support both Intel-based, and M1-based Mac machines.

    On the other hand, if you are using an Intel-based chipset on your Mac that is running on Big Sur, I'd recommend reach out to our product support team by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page to help you troubleshoot the issue
