Extension failed to load - Mac Air with Mojave

Hi

 

I have a 2014 mac Air running 10.16.6 (Mojave) and as of today, I get the message "Box Drive's systems extension failed to load etc"  (1) I can't find where to enable the extension and (2) I have deleted and reloaded Box Drive but still get the same message.  How do I fix this?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Have you tried to manually reset your Box Drive yet?

  If you haven't yet, can you follow the steps in this article and see if this resolves the issue for you:

  Yeah I have done that and also reached out to Box.  They have escalated it internally. thanks for the post
